I have a collection of TV shows called “Favorites” of random shows that my SO & I like to shuffle from when we can’t decide to watch/need some background noise.
The Plex app on Android TV fails to shuffle this collection. The play queue is “built” and the client attempts to play a random episode, but I am met with the spinning wheel and nothing ever loads.
“Built” is in quotes above because looking at the Play Queue in the Android TV client is drastically different than any other client. On other clients, you actually see the name of the episode that is next, etc. The Android TV app, you only see the show title, no episode information or anything. Skipping to the next item in the play queue also does nothing.
Logs from Shield attached. Issue occurred around 2:40PM on 7/20. I suspect this is the offender:
