I know this will come as a shock to many but, rants and singling out members of the dev community are not support requests.

What about these 11 bug reports I’ve posted in the last month? Are these support requests? The top 2 are the only ones I got any response on.

[UI/UX] Total Movie/Show Count Missing - Android TV

Android TV (and mobile) Plex apps are missing total movie/show count in the library views. This is present in every other Plex client I have used (Web, Roku, Windows, new Home Theater client…) Would be nice to have this feature parity across clients, plus seems like an easy fix/no-brainer.

[BUG]Shield Video Player frozen for 5-10 seconds at start of playback

Plex app version on Shield: 8.20.0.26605. All videos experience a delay when starting on the Shield - some more than others. What happens now is that when I start a movie, the video will “skip” ahead about 10 seconds and be frozen there. The video progress bar shows 0, 1, 2, etc… Audio plays in the background, but the video is frozen for about 10 seconds. [BUG] Android TV doesn't always mark episodes as watched

I have recently dug my Shield out of storage to test out the Plex app once again(do this every month or so to see if the app has improved) and I experienced issues with random episodes not being marked as watched. Yesterday, I watched the majority of Season 3 of The Office, only to find that the Shield did not mark these as watched as it should have. S3E11 - S3E19. [BUG] Unable to shuffle collection - Android TV
