Bug with the display on VIDAA smart TV

Hello to all,
I have a problem on my Hisense VIDAA TV, it does not display movie poster images or even video thumbnails. However, it is possible to watch the video without any problem.
However, I noticed that in the Discovery tab the images are displayed correctly! How is it possible that the content of my Plex is not displayed?
I would like to specify that it only does it on this TV for all my other devices everything is displayed very well.

Try to set “allow insecure connections” to “never” in setting/advanced, then logout and login
