I just got a new Apple TV version 3 and I am installing PlexConnect for the first time and I got to the part where I am installing the certificate on the Apple TV and I found I don't have the correct cable. Can anyone give me a link for the correct cable? Much thanks.

you don't need to use a cable anymore, read the install guides from the stickies.
