My daughter got a new phone. I installed Plex and went to turn on Camera upload and the ap complained that it didn’t have permission from the server even though that permission is clearly enabled at the server.
Did you turn on the permission after she was already using the app? The app doesn’t immediately update. Have her sign out and back in.
Can you PM me her username/email so I can check that her user has been given permission?
