I have a lot of previously loaded TV Series in my TV Series library. Just got a HomeRun TV tuner and setup a DVR on my Plex server. Recordings now show up in my TV Series library. I know there is a “recently added” list and the DVR recordings should show first in that list, but I would like to be able to separate the DVR recordings out to a different list. It does not seem like I can add a library for just recordings. Is it possible to do something like this? thanks!
You can add another TV show library and then select that library as the target for recordings (when setting up individual recordings).
I found it best to have a library used only for DVR recordings. If I recorded to an existing library with a lot of already existing content, I found that Plex often wouldn’t record stuff that I wanted because Plex would find something similar already in the library and refuse to record it.

Thanks! After I added a TV Show library called DVR, it showed up on the list of libraries for TV show recordings. Did similar for Movies. Too bad it doesn’t look like you can combine Movies and TV Show recordings into one library. I did point both DVR libraries to the same disk folder though so it can be managed a bit easier.
