When I search, I only want results from my local library.
Yes in the App (you’ll have to do this on each device, per user if wanted) when you click on Search Bar" just click on the little “Toggle” on the right hand side of the “Search Bar” and turn off the switch for Discover (for me it’s on the very bottom of those “Toggle Switches”). But be aware if you use the “Watch List” tab for any reason (meaning you put an item in there) you will still see the “Discover: More Ways to Watch” on any of those items placed into “Watch List”. There is a thread for a requested feature to allow it to be toggled off at the server level here if you’d like to vote for it.
