Can I have Plex organize by my folders?

Hello,

I have 1700 movies organized in a folder structure such as
\Movies\Action
\Movies\Animation
\Movies\Martial Arts
\Movies\Superhero\

I have many times that number of TV shows (about 25,000).
\TVNew\Rookie\Season1
\\TVNew\Rookie\Season2
\TVOld\Banshee\Season1
\TVOLD\Banshee\Season2

I’ve spent a lot of time organizing by folder so when I search for something it is easy for me to find without being overwhelmed when there are too many files in one folder.

I’d love to be able to use Plex with this same folder structure.
