See my screenshot. I have ~1,800 home movies, organized as you see. However, Plex simply lists all 1,800 movies with no way to sort them. I’d like to have the folders be playlists in Plex, but at this point, I just need some method to sort/organize. Any thoughts?
If I understand your question correctly, yes, you can. When in the Library view of the library, select the second drop-down on the left (it defaults to Movies) and change it to Folders:
It should then show you all the folders in that library, allowing you to drill down from there.

If you want to be fancy, set up each folder contents as a collection in one Library. Juice calls it Collection abuse.

I like that. Pretty much what I had in mind. Collections seem to be a little more elegant than folders. Thanks for sharing.
