Yes, it’s called remote access. Check our support articles on how to set that up.
I have done that. It says I have full access outside my network but when I use it outside my house my library is not available.
Do you have your computer set to sleep? Depending on your setup, Plex may not wake up when needed. Leave it on and see if it works. If you are sure it’s on and you still can’t access it, please provide me a log from the app you are trying to use and then the log from PMS when you get home.
