Can i put plex server (127.0.0.1) by categories for movies ( comedy drama etc) ? and music too
In theory, you could divide your movies into separate folders per genre. Then create a movie library for each genre and point it to the appropriate folder.
However, I don’t recommend it. Main reason is that many movies could fit into several genres. And you want probably avoid to copy each movie that fits into several genres, right?
I put all movies into the same library. If I want to see only a certain genre, I will define a ‘Filter’.

Additionally to the genre, you can also group several movies, tv series and music together into a Collection.
