I have 2 Plex accounts and two synology bad.
One Plex acct lifetime,
The other not.
Can I some how merge both acts?
Or pay another lifetime

Please contact the billing office through the web portal.
They can help you with all account related changes. We do not have access to your account from here in the forum.
There isn’t a way to merge accounts. Billing can’t help there.
You best option is to switch to using the account with the Plex Pass.
It is quite easy to associate your server with another account. This will not affect your libraries or watched history. Follow these step.
- sign into Plex Web using your existing account
- go to the General tab of your server settings
- it will show the account your server is associated with, click on sign out
- sign out of Plex Web
- sign in again but with the new account
- visit the General settings tab again
- this will now have a button to “Claim” the server, click it
Done. Your server is not associated with the new account. For you clients, you will need to sign out and back in with the new account as well. For clients that use the Plex link feature, you will need to sign into the new account and link these clients again. If you were sharing you server, you will need to send new sharing invites.
