For some reason I have 2 accounts. I’d like to return to only 1. One account I created and have a Plex Pass. The 2nd account is somehow linked to the Plex server on the Shield.
How can I merge both accounts? Is it possible to transfer the plex pass to the account that seems to be associated with the Shield?
You can’ merge accounts. You can change the account on the server.
Use Plex Web, sign in with the same account on the server. Goto settings / general. You should se the option to sign out.
Then sign out of Plex Web. Sign back in with the other account. Goto settings / general, claim server. Done.
