I love using my SHIELD controller to change the volume when playing videos in the Android TV Plex app, but a recent update seems to have broken this. Now when I try to I just get a message saying “This app is set for surround sound. Use the TV remote to adjust the volume.”
Maybe you guys added some new surround sound feature, which I’m sure is cool, but I don’t have a surround sound system and unfortunately I can’t find a way to turn off this behavior. Which is annoying because ultimately this is all connected to my SONOS system, so now I have to use the SONOS app to adjust the volume…
