On the device it will say I do not have permission, but as in this picture The Rookie, and Indebted are also being synced from my friends server and work fine but was setup on the iPad itself.
I have had him restart his server many times and it is up to date. This has been going on for quite sometime.
I’m seeing the same thing in Server version 1.19.4.2935. Let’s call my server “Fred”.
I’ve added “Bob” as a home user on Fred, which is managed by me. Bob can sync /pull files from Fred with their client app with no problems, so all the “sync” permission are set up correctly.
But if I log into server Fred via the web client as home user Bob, and try to sync/push something to Bob’s client device from the server, that conversion is stuck forever in “waiting to be converted”. Also, I note over on the left where the server is listed, “markt1969/Fred”, there is a constant spinning circle as if something is not happening.
Clearly Bob can connect to server Fred via the web, otherwise media files would not be visible. But the conversion request Bob makes for the sync just doesn’t get transferred to the server.
