Plex Server Conversions Sync stuck on Waiting

Several “Sync’s” are stuck on Waiting and they never advance, not a single one of them… sometimes every once in a while a user manages to sync something but most of the times the “Pending” list get longer and longer without a single conversion starting… It’s been like this for months now, I’ve tried updating the server, I’ve tried updating the apps, uninstalling and re-installing the app again.

The server is accessed by Remote Access by sharing the Library between my brothers and me

Please Help I don’t know what else to try…

Thanks for the info on Downloads, and yay, finally!! :slight_smile:

If you have supported versions for the client and server (see Download for Android Mobile | Plex Support), are logged in your PlexPass account, and still get Sync instead of Downloads, go to Settings > Downloads in your mobile app (on Android at least) and make sure you have “Enable new downloads” checked.
