I setup Plex on a windows desktop before becoming a Plex Premium member. All works. When I did becoming Premium I set up my Plex server on another computer all good. I can access Live & DVR. I have this setup on two different laptops for testing purposes. The issue is the original Windows desktop does not offer the option under settings to add server. I am signed in and the system shows my Premium status. I can change to any of the other servers fine but can not on the original computer. I have uninstalled Plex, rebooted and added Plex back but no help.
Is the original computer probably set up to use a different plex account?

edit: I got it to work. I removed myself frm sharig with another Plex user. Thank You. Thank you for the help, although it did not work. I removed the items in the registry, although the first one was not there. I signed out, rebooted, signed in on local version. I could see the claim server. But I waited signed in on the server and then tried to claim and getting error: Server settings are restricted from shared users.
