Wont add server to my Plex account

My system got infected, so I made a clean install of Windows (to be sure I didnt make any backup of Plex registry files for my old server).

After I installed Windows I removed my old server and tried to add a new one, but it wont let me. The setup wizard does not complete. It took me through the setup process once, but it did not complete and now seems to just be hanging forever. At one point it said that the server I wanted to create was unclaimed, but after trying to claim it, it just went back to endless loading again.

I tried uninstalling and installing again, but same issue.

For the first setup, use a regular web browser.
Do not use a nailed-shut browser like Brave.
Disable any VPN software, internet filters or similar software.
Disable web browser add-ins.

Thank you for the help. I finally got around to fixing my issue.

I followed the steps in the guide you linked. The last tip in that guide saved me. I removed all active logins and then it stopped hanging and finally claimed the server.
