Can't add files to my libraries

Hi! I have a problem with my server. it’s seems that I can’t add any files or create library.
What is the reason I can’t find the adding button?

Either your Plex server isn’t running, or your Plex Web isn’t connecting to it. I’m not much at troubleshooting this, but here’s a place to start:

I don’t know why the server isn’t running.
I tried everything on each step on your link but it doesn’t work…

Have you linked the server to your account when finalizing the setup? For that you need to access your server through its local IP. If you’re on the same Windows machine, open http://127.0.0.1:32400/web in your browser – if you’re on a different machine, use http://[PMS IP address]:32400/web instead.

Another scenario: Did you by chance use this server in the past with a different Plex account?

Yes, my account is linked.

The server was working before.
I tried to remove the plex server and reinstalling it and than it’s happaned.
I’m also upgraded to a premium account.

This has nothing to do with uninstalling/reinstalling the app.
The fact that you see the web and account settings but none for the server despite accessing it through the local URL implies you’re signed in with a different account than the one your server is linked to.

Option 1: change the user you’re currently signed in with to the one that owns the server
Option 2: follow the procedure explained in the linked support article to unlink your server from its current account – this will not change the content of your server.

I removed registery values as mention and then I got into the server again. now I see all the settings again.
I trying to claim the server, it’s failed and then again I lost all of the settings options.
when I do that I’m getting the following error message:
Not authorized
You do not have access to this server

why does it’s happening? how do I let the user to access the server?

You could give this 3rd party tool a try… probably best to remove the entries from your registry before starting this.

claimIt isn’t working as well. I’m getting “getting plex.tv authentication token… job aborted!”
why there is no support from plex?

No. I don’t think so. that server was working great before.
at ClaimIt I’m getting the following error:
“The underlying connection was closed: an unexpected error was occurred on send”

when I removing registry values I can see all the settings and also I need to log in again, once I’m logged in, I’m trying to claim the server but I’m getting “Not authorized” - “You do not have access to this server”
