Server Version#: 1.21.1.3876
I have a plex server ver1.21.1.3876 installed on truenas 12.0 u1.1.
In the insternal network, all the devices can connect to the server but when I try to connect from outside network, it is say no connection.
In the Remote Access, it say “Fully accessible outside your network”, the internal and external ports are green arrows.
I configured port forward on Router , UPNP on the router is enabled, the server is connected directly to router.
but still I cannot connect to plex server from outside network.
Any suggestions to fix the problem?
