Remote Access item Plex is reporting "Not available outside your network"

Is anyone having trouble with Plex reporting Remote Access? I’m running Plex on a TrueNAS server. When I go to the Dashboard most of the time Remote Access has an exclamation point and if a user is online they are shown as ‘Indirect’.

Clicking on the Remote Access item Plex is reporting “Not available outside your network” which is not the case because I see the remote users content playing.

Clicking Retry reports “Fully accessible outside you network”. But if I leave the dashboard and come back Plex again reports not available outside my network.

My router is pfSense+ 24.11.

All that means is that the Plex Relay is probably kicking in giving limited remote access.
