I just had to change password again and check everything signs out too.

I see an iPad just signed into the account a few minutes ago. Were you able to successfully sign in? I also see a password change was just made. Looks like things should be working now. Is it possible you were trying the wrong password all that time.
Edit - Typing too slow. Glad to see it is working again.
