Can not login to my account after paying got plexpass

Hello,

Yesterday I bought plexpass lifetime and I can not login to my account. I didn’t do the email verification before I paid. I think that might be the issue. How do I go about getting assistance?

When i do password reset an email never comes (i checked junk/spam and all those common things)
