Login issue

Hello,

I’m experiencing an issue where I am unable to access my PlexPass account. Before this issue happened I have changed my email, password, and enabled 2-factor authentication, but now I find myself locked out. The username I’m currently using to send this message is not my usual account; I had to create it specifically for this purpose.

I am confident that I am entering the correct login information. Could someone from the support team please reach out to me? I suspect that my account might be locked or experiencing some other issue, as I no longer receive password reset links from plex.tv. Consequently, I am unable to reset my password. How can I provide my actual email address/username to an employee in order to have my account unlocked?

This type of issue is usually directed to the Billing dept.
