Can not restore purchased IOS version APP

Hi there, I have purchased the IOS version of PLEX App at the year 2015, but recently after I upgrade the App, but it prompted me to purchase a full-use version of Plex (which I already have). I chose the restore purchase option, since I’ve already purchased one, and it said it couldn’t find an apple ID associated with a previous purchase - which should absolutely not be the case since I was using the app about to stream music about 2 minutes before upgrading it
