I purchase the Plex app for my iPhone. My iPhone died and I upgraded to an iPhone 11. I can not access my server for more than a minute now on my iPhone. I have tried to restore purchase and it does not do it. Any advice please for I do not want to buy it again.
You have to sign in with the same account you signed in in your server
Same goes for the iOS app store and your Apple ID.
Plex can only restore a previous purchase if you purchased it with the same Apple ID!
It is the same account and I can see my server on the phone.
Same Apple ID but I will look at the store and see if there is something I can do there
