Can’t Restore App Purchase on New IPhone 13

Hello! I replaced my iphone this week, and I’m in the process of replacing and restoring my apps. I paid for the plex app so I could stream content directly to my phone - however, the app will not allow me to restore my previous purchase. The purchase was made with the same Apple ID and the same plex account as when I made my initial purchase.

I’ve already tried logging out and logging back in, and deleting and reinstalling the app. That was the only help customer support could offer me when I contacted them through the web form - otherwise they suggested I come here for a solution.

So… How can I restore my previous purchase, and restore the functionality to my device?

Are you getting some sort of error or do you mean the button is greyed out? The app should check as soon as it is launched though.

Likely need to see the iOS logs after the app launches or after you press the restore purchase button

The button is grayed out. Screenshot attached. It does allow me to press the button, and Something happens for about 2 seconds and both buttons sort of lock up, and then go back to normal and nothing else happens after that.

OK. then will need the iOS logs to figure out why it might not be seeing purchase

Your logs show that the purchase was restored and so does your screenshot.

What error exactly are you getting when trying to play something. there may be some other issue not related to purchase.
