Can not select over 720p/2Mbps in my Plex Player

Server Version#: 1.23.2.4656
Player Version#: 1.31.1
While I am playing something indirectly that is through remote access I can not select over 720p thou my server`s Limit remote stream bitrate has no limit and my upload speed is 100mb/s. Then again by using android Plex App I can play 1080p smoothly that is the original quality. Screenshot attached please do check and help me!

The bandwidth of Relay connections is limited to 2mbps. So that is expected.
