Can not skip forward on web player

I cannot skip forward/backward on web player on Chrome. Is there any way to turn this feature on?

Is that is our streaming on demand from watch.plex.tv ?.

try using app.plex.tv instead.

Wasnt aware of a different website for Plex. Just googled it and started watching. Everything works fine on alternative website. Thanks.
