“Aurora Teagarden Mysteries” has 18 separate 90 min movies in the collection. They are not a TV show, but movies.
My question is: Is it possible to place all 18 movies, with their correct title and date, under a folder in Movies entitled “Aurora Teagarden Mysteries” in the proper sequence, first to last?
Although I have been using Plex for 10 years, I am really a novice.
Preferably move each into their own folders and name them according to their official releases, e.g.
Movies
A Bone to Pick - An Aurora Teagarden Mystery (2015)

Real Murders - An Aurora Teagarden Mystery (2015)

Three Bedrooms, One Corpse - An Aurora Teagarden Mystery (2016)

Plex should add the files with all their metadata. If your library has automatic collection creation enabled, it’ll even group them all together.
That would work, but after messing around I opted for:
A Bone to Pick
A Bone to Pick(2015).mp4
Sort Title - 101 A Bone to Pick(2015)
Real Murders
Real Murders (2015).mp4
Sort Title - 102 Real Murders (2015)
You don't see the sort title, but it groups them together nicely.
On a personal note, I’ve gone through all my Hallmark mystery series and moved them from TV to Movies, even when they have duplicate listings as both TV series and movies - just to be consistent.
All have automatically had Collections created and are easily to sort and play on order.
