Can see movie posters in web portal, but not on android or fire stick. Error started after a blackout

Just as the name says, after a brief blackout that caused a hard shut down of my sever, my mobile apps and Fire sticks cannot see the poster art for anything on my server. When I access the server via the web browser (mozilla on linux) I can see all the posters just fine.

On my android/amazon apps I can still the the poster art on a friends’ server that I have connected.

I’ve tried:

  1. Updating the metadata for all the libraries
  2. On apps; cleared then deleted cache
  3. Checked refreshing metadata while on LAN and cell data
  4. Docker: stopped container, redeployed stack, Restored via duplicati

Not sure where to go from here.
