Possibility to rename granted users

I’ve added users to my Plex server, but now I can’t change their names within the system. This is causing confusion, as it’s unclear who has access and who doesn’t. The users have all given themselves unrecognizable names, making it difficult to manage their access.

Is there a way to update or modify their usernames after they’ve been added? Or is there a workaround to make the process clearer for managing access?

Well, I am not quite sure; I dont have those options. I think the screenshots you send me, are members within a household right? The people I grated acces, are from another IP adress. I dont see any option to rename them. I only can edit their library permissions.

You cannot edit the username of other users of course.

Of course they can however rename themselves.
