Yeah that’s it.
So a couple things can you first check under settings, network in Plex and see if you have ipv6 enabled?
Second if it’s enabled and checked disable it in Plex.
If it’s not enabled leave it unchecked and disable ipv6 on that screen shot you just posted and check again.
