Can’t access Remotely on my Samsung TVs

I swapped my modem/router from my isp and when I did that I could no longer access my friends server afterwards. It still works on my computer and fire stick but neither of my Samsung smart TVs. I tried most of the trouble shooting but I feel the modem had something to do with it. Any help works tia

I have not and still need help. It’s really weird because I have multiple servers I can access but that one in particular I cannot access.

Same problem here on
SMART TV Samsung and LG and PS4. Server currently unavailble. I want add, its working on mobile phones, laptop or fire stick no problem. This is happen few days ago.
