Can’t claim the media server. Pushing the claim server button does nothing

Server Version#:1.31.3.6819-2ef591a4c

After moving to a new router (Unifi UDM), I can’t claim the Plex media server on my QNAP 453Be. The button is there, but pushing it does nothing.
I have tried:
-restarting the NAS
-removing and reinstalling latest version of Plex
-removing and reinstalling an older version of Plex

What could be the issue?

Check network settings on the NAS: default gateway, netmask, etc.

To successfully claim the server, Plex Media Server must be able to contact hosts at plex.tv. If it cannot, the server will remain unclaimed.

I am having this issue, I push the claim button and the circle spins, then nothing, my Seagate nas it hard wired to the router, also the software says there is a software update although I have installed the latest version, I have uninstalled and reset the server a few times and also tried going to plex tv to claim the server but the site just tells me to install plex server, I did that from the site and still no claim, I am at witts end here and ready to throw in the towel.

Did you find a solution to this? I’m having the exact same issue. Was working the day before. I go to work… then nothing.
No changes to my network so far as I’m aware and “other” media servers seem to work. I’d really like to watch my content on Plex this weekend.

Possibly have the same issue,

Had to wipe the settings on my server to try to reclaim it since the last wave of updates.

Not sure if related, but the servers pre-generated JS files are trying to connect to loopback, but the server is remote?

Sorry to say, my issue was indeed as explained above, server just couldn’t see the auth servers.
