Can’t enable remote access

Hi, I have Plex Media Server on Ubuntu 20.04, my internet company is Free, and I can’t enable remote access because of the internet port. UPnP is enabled on my box and I even tried to forward a port in order to make it work but it still doesn’t (whether I use the port i forwarded on my box or the automatic port). Could anybody help me please :pray:?

I’d also suggest having a look at these links…

First link is for centOS but process is similar, I used it as a starting point to configure remote access on my Ubuntu server.

The ubuntu firewall could itself be blocking the plex service so make sure its configured to all the right ports.

Thanks y’all, it worked! My firewall blocked the IP adresses used by Plex
