I am trying to reset the password for my Plex account (not associated with this account), but I am not receiving a password reset email to my inbox. I know the account still exists because when I try to make an account with that email it says there is already one associated with it.
I’ve looked all throughout span/junk and can’t find anything from Plex. I’ve also tried sharing this account’s library with that account and I don’t receive those emails either. I have confirmed that the email can receive other emails not related to Plex. Please help, thank you.
Did you possibly delete that account? A deleted account will still show that the email is taken and you cannot reset the password for a deleted account. If you did delete the account, you should have gotten an email notifying you of the deletion and instructions on how to restore it in case it was an error.
