Hope you guys can help. For some reason, 2-3 times a month, I cannot use my main account (on a roku, iPhone, or iPad) to access my sever (windows 10). Error message “…PC is currently unavailable”. However, my other accounts works just fine.
I have five accts.
- main account with a pin.
2-4) three accts for my kids. - a fifth account with a pin. This acct is used when my main account fails.
What can possible cause me to not be able to use my main but all others are fine?
I can’t find a permanent solution, tried reclaiming, updating to current server, restart server…none is permanent and I always must restart the server.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
