Home Server Isn't Available for Main User

Player Version#: Latest on iOS

I did a factory reset on my iPad and reinstalled the official Plex player. There are three users in my account. One is the main account and the other are other users. Logging into the two normal users, things work fine. But when I use the main user it cannot find the home server and it only shows the Plex streaming functionality. How should I troubleshoot this?

A restart of the server seemed to fix this. I doubt it’ll work for everyone but worked here.
