How to get account access with wrong e-mail

All of a sudden I cannot login to my account anymore. Unfortunately the e-mail is not valid and therefore I cannot reset with the reset function.
Normally I would not care an just create another one, but for the old account there is premium enabled with a monthly fee. So, I need access to it.

I think it is ridiculous that there is no option for direct support from Plex for account related issues. The bast matching thing I found was this category in the forums. I hope I am right here.

Anyone who can help me what to do? Thanks a lot in advance.

The contact page only refers to the forums and names two emails (press and partners), but it is explicitely mentioned they do not offer support. This is what I meant before. Normally you’d expect to find such information on the contact page. Not here.

Anyways, thanks for the hint with the plexpass email, although it is an account issue. I will try it.

Writing to plexpass@plex.tv solved it. The Plex Team responded immediately and I can login again. Thanks a lot.
To verify that I am the right owner of the account I had to provide:
• the “friendly name” for my Plex Media Server
• public / WAN IP address
• local / LAN IP address of my Plex Media Server
• usernames of some other Plex users with which I’m sharing (if any)
• username/email or sever name of anyone sharing a server with me
• number of libraries on my Plex Media Server (I also provided the names)

So, if someone has the same issue you may provide those information right away and shorten the cycle.
