Can’t see libraries from iOS app

Player Version#:6.12
I can’t see my libraries when using the iOS app on both my iPhone and iPad. No issues with my Apple TV. It appears that according to the reviews that others have similar issues. Any suggestions?

You need to update your Plex server.
Had the same issue where iOS devices with app v6.12 wouldn’t show libraries anymore.
It actually had a warning to update the server if you try to access your server through plex.tv on a browser on a regular computer.
