For some reason I can’t see any media from both the ios and iPadOS app. I was able to login and see the server name just no library. When I use my Apple TV no issues and I can also use the client on my server no problem. I haven’t changed any settings but I think based on reading some reviews that the last update maybe broke something. Any suggestions?
Update. Resolved. Looks like my Plex Server wasn’t updating. My guess is when I upgraded to Catalina it prevented it from updating.
Me too. None on my iOS apps or Apple TV shows my libraries and playlists

Update your server (which is likely not on the latest public release -> version 1.19.3). You might need to reboot the server after the upgrade.
Im not sure what has happened but we cannot see our library’s on any of our apple tv’s or other devices anymore. We have the latest version as per above discussion and you have said to reboot server. How do we do this - turn computer off then on?? Im not very tech savvy so not sure how to fix this. We have enjoyed the Plex server with our saved library for 7 years now and have not had a problem. We we open it up on our apple tv, all I can see in the side bar is all the online movies/ shows available and I can see our library but when I click on it there is nothing - i don’t get any options.HELP this is very frustrating
yes; turn the computer that’s running the Plex Media Server off and back on.
