Can Xbox One X plex play native resolution/refresh rate?

I have a 4K TV and my video content is a mix of 1080p/24, 1080p/30, 2160p/24, 2160p/30.
The Xbox One X display output setting is 2160/60.
Is there a setting or a way to have Plex play all these videos at their native resolution/refresh rate instead of upscaling and frame interpolating them?
The Plex app on my Nvidia Shield already does this perfectly
