Can you create two different usernames on a single plex server and both of them have different content that is shown?

I know stupid question but wasn’t sure if it was possible without plex pass?

This is only viable if the second user has a client which he/she uses exclusively. Simply because switching plex accounts is a PITA without ‘Fast User Switching’ (which is only available with Plex Pass):

  1. You create a separate plex.tv account (different user name and email address).
  2. you invite the other plex account to your server. Without a Plex Pass, you can only decide which libraries the user is able to access.
  3. You cannot define access permissions more granularly (that, again is a Plex Pass feature).
