Can you load the entire file?

Hi, when I use plex remotely while paused it only loads a little bit over 1 minute of the file, is there a way for it to load the entire thing? When the internet isn’t so fast the video keeps stopping, would be so much better if it could load more of it while paused. Is there a way to do it?

With a Plex Pass you can use the mobile Plex apps on iOS and Android mobile or the Plex for Windows/Mac player. These do support “Downloads”. You can use this feature to copy a movie to the local player device.
