Canceling free trial with Tidal - page not found

I like the sound of Tidal instead of my current music service but the free trial looks pretty suspicious. I’ve seen others have posted about problems cancelling their subscription via Tidal and the solution was to cancel via Plex. Makes sense but the terms and condition on the sign-up page, accessed via plex.tv links, doesn’t exist. I don’t want to start a trial of something which has made its self difficult to op-out of:

" But, you can cancel at any time with such cancellation effective upon expiration of the then current Subscription(s) period . To cancel, please visit this page and make a cancellation request at least one (1) day prior to the end of your then-current Subscription term."

The page https://plex.tv/en-gb/subscription gives a 404 error. Is it possible to get back out of a Tidal subscription or should I give it a miss?

Removing the part en-gb/ from the URL will bring you to the appropriate page.
It seems you have hit a bug, where Plex tries to steer you to language-specific pages, instead of the “global” version of the page.

Could you tell me how you arrived on the page, which gave you the wrong link?
If you can recreate it, a screenshot of the whole page /showing the address bar of your web browser) would be very helpful!

Hi, like this:
sign-in to Plex via plex.it page
Login
Click on Tidal in the left navbar
Click on 30 day trial
Continue until after entering payment details
Next page give shows the link which takes me to the 404. This page is https://www.plex.tv/en-gb/plex-pass/purchase/?plan=premium#remodal-billing-terms
The problem page is https://plex.tv/en-gb/subscription

@ OttoKerner forgot to say thanks - the URL change you suggested is what I needed. I’ve started a trial subscription. About ready to end it - hadn’t realised I wouldn’t be able to download music like I can with Apple Music and Amazon Music (looking to find just one music service and was hoping this would be it). Not much use to me if I can’t carry it around.
Appreciate the super fast response.

Regards

Robin
