Cannot Access Library Wizard

Hi

I am trying to add a brand new library with media from my PC, but when I click on add your media to plex, instead of taking me to the pop up to do that it takes me to the windows store to download the plex app, even through I am using the plex app and then says the app is installed.

How can I get around this, so I can add create my own media?

I see that you left server version blank in your post so I can’t assume anything… Do you have Plex Media Server installed?

Adding your media is a function of the server. You can have both the server and player installed on the same machine.
