Cannot access my nas storage

Hi,
I’m having problems with my connection between my nas and plex. It worked perfectly until I changed hard drives and quickconnect details. Due to a connection error, I deleted my Nas in Plex and now I cannot get it to work at all.

All I see is: More… -> Your media. Then I’m encouraged to download plex all over.

Any ideas on what to do is much appreciated!
