Solved : Can't acces plex server on Nas since last update

Hello,
Since last update, I can’t access and sign in on my plex server where all my media are. I can’t acccess it under the local adress or outside. I tried to desinstall it , to stop it, to reinstall it but no luck. Even the Mac player is not connecting to the server. I can open it and sign in on the mac but even this one is not connecting to the server. I’ve nod idea how to re sign to my server and have access to my media. thanks for the help.

Well I can’t see Plex files so I guess I’ll have to do what it si said in Q7 , no?

I changed also the server version as I made a mistake.

I joined the zip.

Well I did what u said in your post and did all except n4 on this

  1. Open Package Center -> Installed -> Plex -> Action drop down menu -> ‘Stop’.
  2. Open Package Center -> Installed -> Plex -> Action drop down menu -> ‘Uninstall’.
  3. Open Control Panel -> Users -> Delete the Plex user.
  4. Open Control Panel -> Shared Folders -> Delete the Plex share. (This step is Optional, see the note below.)

When I restart the plex server I saw everything back, my files etc but with a red dot.

I was asked to recall the server which I did and I don’t have acces to my files et config anymore. I’m back like my post but his time it is said you do not have access to this server and that my connection is not secured but when I try on a secure one here what I have : “Unable to connect to “HomeCloud” securely” .

that’s funny to be out of space as I still have more than 600 Go of free space.

Aperture library is a old library that I’m deleting. It was made from an old Apple software no longer used.

I’ll check my permissions with your link as effectively when I run the plex app I do have you have no permissions no access this server or something like this.

This might be the cause.

I’ll try to do this tonight … where do I turn my log on in Plex??
