Context : I had to switch for new disks on my NAS, i did it and launch Plex.
Result : Not able to access my librairy.
Issue : everytime i click on PMS from my NAS, a new tab opened with the wonderful message “Not allowed to access this Server”.
Tried already : uninstall and delete all files PMS related + install (and claim), checked firewall, users permissions, …
I’ve no more idea at this point. Can anyone help me on this please ?

Synology : DSM7
Plex : 1.25.5
Connect directly to the Plex server. Do not use quick connect (synology.me).

- http, not https.
- Use the actual IP address of the NAS
- Use a incognito/private window to bypass cookie blockers and other browser add-ons.
- You must be on the same network as the NAS (i.e. not remote).
Once you have claimed the Plex server you can use app.plex.tv, etc to connect.
